1. Nature of Products
YummyCuts deals in fresh and perishable food products. Due to the nature of these items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.
2. Quality Concerns
If you receive a product that you believe is not fresh or does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product for verification.
3. Replacement Policy
After review, we may offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost. Replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Product quality issue verified by our team
- Incorrect item delivered
- Order cancellation before dispatch
- Payment failure resulting in duplicate charge
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or adjusted against future purchases where applicable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
